This policy explains what RankLoop, provided by Backrun Technologies, collects and why.

What we collect

Your name, work email, company name and optional phone, website and country; the websites, keywords and settings you add; articles and reports RankLoop produces for you; and basic usage logs such as sign-ins and actions taken, for security and support.

How we use it

To run the service for you: tracking rankings, scanning your website, researching keywords, writing and publishing content, and answering support requests. We send service emails such as verification codes and password resets.

Third parties

To do this work we send search queries and article text to service providers, including search data providers and AI model providers, and we send email through an email delivery provider. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Verification codes are stored hashed and expire after ten minutes. Access to customer data is limited to the staff who need it.

Your choices

You can update your details in the app, and ask us to delete your account and data through the Support page.
